How much does it cost and will insurance cover it?

We participate with multiple state funded programs, including but not limited to: Aging Waiver, Attendant Care Waiver, COMMCARE Waiver, Independence Waiver, OBRA Waiver, Options and MH-IDD. Check with your local Office of Aging, or your county’s Department of Human Services for additional information.

Although most health insurance companies do not cover the cost of private duty, some long-term care insurance will include it in their plans.

We also work with the VA and accept private pay clients.  Our rates range from $18-$21 per hour.

Is there a minimum number of hours to receive care?

We do not have a minimum number of hours for a client to receive care.

How do you credential your caregivers?

All of our caregivers are over the age of 18, background checked, have clean driving records, and are thoroughly interviewed.  They also are required to participate in continuing education related to healthcare and/or care techniques.  Look for our purple shirts as they come to the door.

What types of services do you provide?

We provide non-skilled in-home care; including companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, mental health and intellectual disability support, and more! See more specifics on our services page.

What if I need a nurse?

All cases are opened and monitored by a registered nurse to ensure quality care is provided to every client.

What if I have a problem or concern?

We have on-call service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  You are always welcome to call our 1800 number and speak with someone directly.  Our job is to be here for you.
